Tomato Delight

To put it bluntly, I’m not a very good cook. In fact, last week I burnt our chicken and lost half a sheet of potato fries when they stuck to the pan. There is one thing I excel at, though, and that’s a grilled cheese.

This is a normal lunch, when we don’t have salmonella scares on tomatoes, anyway.

Ingredients:
bread
pepperjack cheese
guacamole
tomato

The rest is fairly self explanatory. Use the guacamole as the glue on one slice of bread, the cheese on the other. In between, layer the desired amount of tomato. Grill. Eat. Enjoy. With a side of salt and vinegar chips.

I am terribly suspicious of anything that resembles something that I could find in a dirty diaper, but yet that looks good. Hmmm. . .

@Burgh Baby, I admit, the guacamole does have a ‘dirty diaper on a bad day’ look to it, but it tastes really good.

Oh my gosh this sounds so delish! Simple but tasty. I am slowly starting to acquire a taste for tomatoes so I may have to try this out!

Oh, yummy, yummy, yummy. I recently did this exact same sandwich (well, I added left over chicken to it). And, oh, now I need some salt and vinegar chips.

BTW, You won a little something on my blog:)
