I love these little moments. I struggle with that, too...wondering if I'm making the most of my time with my son, if the balance between what <i>has</i> to be done, and what's fun for us to do together isn't out of wack. I always love to find new reads. Boudin' is so cute. I don't think my kids have seen it. I'll have to show it to Tabby. I'm sure she'd get a kick out of it. I share your angst over not being a fun mom. I can't help but think of the 100 things I should be doing. I know I should soak in this time when they're little and still want to be around me, but it is hard. It takes a lot just to keep the wheels from falling off.
