When I was a kid. I wanted to be a veterinarian. Well, first I wanted to be a rockstar. Then an actress, probably an astronaut, along with probably about a million other things. The one that stuck, however, was a veterinarian. And while I never saw that through to fruition, I’m so glad I had the encouragement and creativity to grow up with so many nourishing possibilities.
So can these 3.
First, though, we need to get through today in the best way we can and start it off right so that we can head off on more fun adventures. That’s why we start our day with Nesquik.
Nesquik Chocolate Powder not only turns your milk into a yummy chocolate drink, but it also amplifies any meal with 7 essential vitamins and minerals. When combined with 8oz of lowfat milk, there’s 8g of protein. There’s also iron,, copper, Vitamin C and 3 essential B Vitamins, while also supporting healthy bones along with all the nutritious deliciousness your kids love with 45% less sugar than the leading syrup brand and with no artificial colors or flavors. So it does a kid’s body, and their mind, good so they can keep going on to big and bright things!
To go with their glass of Nesquik in the morning, my kids love pancakes. Of course, you have to have syrup on those pancakes. But not just regular syrup. This Mixed Berry Syrup is so easy and makes regular pancakes so good!
I also make sure to add some fun placemats and bowls so the kids are excited to get up and get ready for the day’s adventures! For my own little astronauts, or whatever they may want to be today, I love our solar system placemat and the one-eyed alien/monster bowl just go together so well. It’s also a great bowl to hold our delicious Mixed Berry Syrup, just in case the kids might want a little more.
Arrange a few more berries in a fun pattern and you can’t forget some whipped cream, too. Who wouldn’t love to start their day like this?

- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- Add all ingredients to a medium-sized pan.
- Heat on medium-low about 12 minutes, mashing berries.
- Serve warm or store and cool.
